Terms and Conditions for GS AGE GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES in the United Kingdom

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of graphic design services provided by GRIM SEASON ("Company") through its website www.grimseason.co.uk ("Website"). By accessing and using the graphic design services offered on the Website, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Graphic Design Services 1.1 Description: Company offers professional graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, illustrations, video editing services and digital assets creation. 1.2 Process: The design process may include consultation, concept development, revisions, and final delivery of the design files to the Client. 1.3 Ownership: Upon completion of full payment, the final design becomes the property of the Client, and the Client assumes all rights and responsibilities associated with the design.

  2. Ordering Process 2.1 Ordering: Clients can place graphic design orders by selecting the desired service or contacting the GS Age via email or social media accounts for a customised quote. 2.2 Payment: Clients must make non-refundable deposit payment before the design process can commence. Payment details and options will be provided on the Website.

  3. Client Responsibilities 3.1 Accuracy of Information: The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for the design process, including project details, design preferences, and any other relevant materials. 3.2 Communication: The Client must promptly respond to Company's enquiries, requests for feedback, and revision requests during the design process. 3.3 Intellectual Property: The Client warrants that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any materials, including images, fonts, and trademarks provided to the Company for use in the design. The Client indemnifies the Company against any claims related to unauthorised use of intellectual property.

  4. Delivery and Revisions 4.1 Delivery Time: The Company will provide an estimated delivery time for the initial design, which may vary based on the complexity of the project. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the Client. 4.2 Revisions: Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions based on the service selected. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. 4.3 Final Delivery: Upon approval of the final design, the Company will provide the Client with the necessary design files in the agreed-upon formats

  5. Refunds and Cancellations 5.1 Refunds: Due to the nature of graphic design services, deposits are generally not provided once the design process has commenced. If the client wishes to request a refund for the deposit paid, they must submit the refund request within 24 hours of making the deposit payment. 5.2 Cancellations: If the Client wishes to cancel the design service, a request must be made via email (gsage.designs@outlook.com). Cancellation fees will apply based on the stage of the design process. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be used to cover the corresponding fee.

  6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 Indirect Damages: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the graphic design services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. 6.2 Total Liability: The Company's total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the graphic design services.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Civil justice system of England & Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
